I have ordered a device when will it arrive?
We send all of our phones and tablets out via Royal Mail Tracked 24™. Items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday, and you will receive this item the next day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

I have an enquiry who do I email or call?
Our customer contact centre is now closed until business is resumed. However you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your query upon our return.
Is it possible to return my device?
Yes, you can still return your device via the Royal Mail on https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1324 however your device will need to be received by the 8th April, after this time we will be accepting no returns until we resume business as usual. Any devices received after the 8th April will be returned to sender as our warehouse will be closed.
Do you know when your website will reopen?
Our website will remain closed in line with the government guidance for the safety of our staff and will follow government guidance when to safely open.
